About Us
With all the passion and love that these coaches share for this sport, Deric and Lindsey naturally found one another on the mats. Together they discovered a powerful desire to share that same passion with everyone they coach. Their journey together has been built on dedication, hard work, and the thrill of competition, and now they've been committed to empowering others to find their strength, skill, and spirit through martial arts.
Lindsey
• Black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with over 18 years of training
• Competed in 20 amateur and pro fights in MMA and Muay Thai
• Fought for top promotions including Bellator, Rizin, Invicta FC, and King of the Cage
• Competed on some of the world's biggest stages in combat sports from Madison Square Garden to Saitama Arena in Japan
• Fastest finish in the atom-weight division history for Invicta FC with a 29 sec. TKO
• Certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
• Certified Pranic Healer and founder of Damsels Holistic Care & Wellness

• MMA record (7-3), Muay Thai record (3-2), Boxing (2-1)

• Competed for major promotions such as WFF, CFFC, and LFA
• World Fighting Federation back to back submission of the night award (2017)
• 2015 Austin, TX runner up Golden Gloves
• 5 fights straight from 2017-2019 all finishes without getting hit
• Last fight 2023 Pro muay thai debut in Thailand winner via 3rd rd KO
• Spent the last 10 years coaching all levels of martial arts

Class Schedule
- Little Piranhas Classes include kids ages 4 - 7
- Kids class usually ages 8 -14
- Adult classes 15 and up
- Final decision is made by the coaches. Exceptions happen based on maturity, size, and prior experience.
